Sample EV battery health certificate
This is an example of the CARA approved battery certificate Managix provides after a mobile EV battery health test in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. Produced by Moba CertifyPro, it shows the battery's State of Health, a secure QR code for verification, vehicle details, usable capacity and estimated range.
Page 1: battery status, capacity and range
Page 1 of the Managix sample certificate holds the main results from the battery scan. Each numbered marker on the certificate matches an explanation, so buyers, sellers and dealers in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne can read the State of Health, verify the QR code and understand the capacity and range figures.

Date of diagnosis and tester
When the battery was scanned and which organisation carried out the diagnosis (blurred on this sample).
Secure QR code
Scan it to open the online edition of the certificate and verify it is genuine. The link above the code shows where the updated edition is available. Both are blurred on this sample.
Vehicle details
Make, model and variant, with the VIN and odometer reading, as stated by the person who carried out the diagnosis. The VIN is blurred on this sample.
State of Health (SoH) percentage
The headline result: how much of its original capacity the battery still holds. The SoH is generated from the vehicle's own data, as considered for the manufacturer's warranty.
Comparison with similar vehicles
How this battery's SoH compares with vehicles of similar age and mileage. In this sample, the car has a higher SoH than 86% of similar vehicles.
Usable capacity, cycles and fast charging
Remaining usable capacity against usable capacity when new (in kWh), the number of charging cycles, and the share of charging done on fast chargers.
Manufacturer's warranty
A reminder to check the battery warranty conditions for duration, kilometres and cycles, with the typical warranty observed for this vehicle.
Estimated range
Expected range for urban, highway and mixed driving in summer (25°C) and winter (0°C), calculated with the Moba consumption model based on WLTP cycles.
Page 2: additional battery and test data
Page 2 of the Managix sample certificate adds technical detail recorded during the on-site scan. It shows the high voltage battery's condition at the time of testing, the rated and used WLTP range, and where and how the diagnosis was carried out, so the result can be read in context.

QR code
The same secure QR code appears on page 2, so either page can be used to open and verify the online certificate (blurred on this sample).
High voltage battery
The pack voltage and pack temperature recorded at the time of the scan.
Range
The WLTP range in the mixed cycle when the car was new, compared with the estimated WLTP range for the battery in its current condition.
Diagnostic conditions
Where the diagnosis took place, the outside temperature, and how long the scan took. The outside temperature may differ from the vehicle's ambient temperature during the test.
